Barbara T. Ginn
Barbara earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University in 2003, with a minor in Business Administration. Barbara earned her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2006, graduating a semester early and completing a concentration in employment law. Barbara has been a practicing attorney in the State of Ohio since 2008 and has concentrated her practice almost exclusively on adoption since 2010. Barbara’s practice includes representation of birth parents, prospective adoptive parents, and private adoption agencies. Barbara’s vocational experience includes interstate (ICPC) adoption; contested adoption; re-finalization of international adoption (as well as registrations of foreign births); private agency adoption, independent adoption; family member adoption; and adult adoption.
Barbara is currently licensed to practice law in Florida and Ohio.
Jeanne T. Tate, P.A. specializes in adoption and surrogacy and has offices throughout Florida in Tampa, Naples, Orlando and Merritt Island.
